Are you looking for a fun idea to do with your kids at home while they aren’t able to go to school? Then this is the event for your family!
Fruit of the Spirit Week is meant to be just like a spirit week you would do at school, but it has a faith twist and you do it at home! Each day, children will spend 15-20 minutes reading the Word, journaling, practicing gratitude, and learning about the Fruits of the Spirit. This resources includes a 2-page printable that includes a daily color, Bible story, 2 Bible verses, and 2 Fruits of the Spirit. Kids wear the color of the day and then families can spend time throughout the day digging into the Bible. Also included in the event are social media graphics. If you’re a teacher or children’s ministry leader, you can use these to help promote this fun spirit week with your families via social media. If you’re using this with your own family, you can use the graphics to help them memorize the verses.
Here is what a parent said about Fruit of the Spirit week:
“We have really enjoyed Fruit of the Spirit Week! It’s a calm and great way to start and focus our morning before doing school stuff!”
This event is perfect to do when kids are out of school (for COVID-19, summer break, or holiday breaks). This is also a fun event to do with children who are homeschooled. This resource is a way to help kids dive into the Word and live out the Fruits of the Spirit!
