What is your Return Policy?

Because we only sell digital items, we do NOT offer returns. We will issue a refund only for the following:
Refunds will only be issued if there is a technical problem with the file or if you purchased duplicates of an item. After 30 days of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund for reasons stated above.
All other sales unless otherwise noted are final.
If you are approved for a refund because of one of the two exceptions listed above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

All of our items are digital products. You will NOT receive any products in the mail from Family Faith Builders, LLC. All items purchased will receive a download link via email. If you do not receive an email, please contact vanessa@familyfaithbuilders.org

You will receive an email from Family Faith Builders soon after your purchase. This email contains the link you will need to download the resource you just purchased. If you don’t receive this email with a couple of hours after purchase, please email vanessa@familyfaithbuilders.org
If you set up an account during your purchase, you can also log back into your account to download anything you have purchased.

Yes!! Your purchase allows you to print enough copies for the families at your church only. Please do not share this resource with other churches. Visit our Terms & Conditions page to read more about license use for our resources.

When you purchase a resource from Family Faith Builders, you can distribute them to your church families in these ways: printed resource, email, or through a password-protected site online. Please do NOT post these resources on your church’s public website.

With each resource I include a Word document that you can use to edit as you need for your church families.

With most of my resources, I only include the Scripture verse reference and don’t type in the actual verse. I like for families to use the Bible they have at home to read from so that way they can use any translation. There may be some resources that include a Bible memory verse printable, so for instances like this I use the NIV translation.
